The ÖSD is the Austrian Language Diploma German (Österreichisches Sprachdiplom Deutsch) and tests the same levels as telc. Both are based on the Common European Framework of Reference, so a B1 with one corresponds to a B1 with the other. telc is especially widespread in Germany, the ÖSD is anchored above all in Austria but is usually recognised in Germany too.
