The listening section consists of several parts with different audio texts. The decisive point: parts 1 and 3 are played only once, only the middle part plays twice. This is intentional, because at B2 level you should grasp the essentials even on first hearing, just as in real conversations and announcements. Practise focusing on key statements immediately on first hearing, instead of every single word. Read the questions beforehand, then you know what to listen for.
